What is Peace of Mind Travel Services?
Peace of Mind Travel Services is a full service upscale travel agency, located in Colorado Springs, CO; owned and operated by Iesha Brewton. We specialize in group and romance travel. We offer customized vacation planning to lavish destinations around the world according to your travel style. Peace of Mind Travel Services also curates and hosts several group trips annually. Each trip has a focus on culture, food and/or wellness. All hosted trips are for women only unless specified otherwise. All group trips organized by Peace of Mind Travel Services are hosted by The C.A.F.E. Lounge.
Where is your office located?
We have clients throughout the United States. Most of our communication can be done via email and over the phone. Local clients are welcomed to meet virtually or at the local coffee shop...coffee & pastry on me!
Do you charge a fee for research and travel planning?
Yes. We have a nominal non-refundable Trip Design Fee. This non-refundable fee is separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to a Travel Designer beginning any research, booking or additional consulting services. The Travel Design Fee includes the following services: custom itinerary to include flights, hotels, excursions, special requests & reservations and support before and during travel.
With each Trip Design Fee, the client will receive up to three (3) options for the same destination and desired travel dates. Please review our nominal Trip Design Fee Schedule for full details.
Why do you require a Trip Design Fee?
We require a Trip Design Fee because we are a professional service and like most professional service providers, we must charge a fee for our expenses. Plus, the expenses are not going to pay themselves; we want to remain in business. The planning process is the most important step. It takes time to create a memorable, peace of mind experience. Our minimal fees are intended to ensure that our clients receive the quality of service expected and deserved. Most of our clients will agree that a planning fee is a small price to pay to ensure that their travel is personalized and booked by an experienced & knowledgeable travel advisor.
I've never worked with a travel agent before. What do I need to know?
It’s understandable that you may feel limited by your vacation budget. That’s why Peace of Mind Travel Services is dedicated to helping you receive the best possible value. As your personal Travel Concierge, we’ll devote time and effort to making sure you’re happy with your travel options. If you need any assistance, I’m just a phone call or e-mail away, so you’ll receive the immediate attention you not only need, but also deserve.
In the rare case that something on your trip doesn’t go as planned, We’ll be here to resolve the problem, so you can relax and enjoy.

Is there anything you don’t book?
Peace of Mind Travel Services does not book Disney Vacations at this time. We also do not work with companies or hotels that do not work directly with travel agents (i.e. small bed & breakfast properties, or websites like Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway etc.). We book flight only itineraries for group travel clients only. All other flight only travel types will be subject to the following administrative fee, payable to Peace of Mind Travel Services:
Domestic Flight Only: $25 per person
International Flight Only: $50 per person
Domestic/International Group Flight Only - $150 per group*
*Subject to a minimum number of travelers departing from the same city/airport - 10 travelers
How do we know you’re a real business?
Peace of Mind Travel Services is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and is fully insured. We are also affiliated with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) & ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors); which allows us to offer exemplary service for our clients and work with reputable tour and package companies that support the travel agent community. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! When you book 6 or more months in advance you will be able to confirm your trip with a deposit and make payments up to the final payment due date. All funds are typically due 45-90 days prior to arrival (up to 120 days for cruise lines). Full details are provided at the time of presenting your proposed travel itinerary.
Do I need a passport?
For all international destinations a U.S. passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates is required. Non US citizens need to contact the consulate for the country they are visiting to determine entry requirements. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify and obtain all necessary documentation needed for your trip. Further, any minors traveling without both legal parents or guardians need to travel with a notarized letter of consent.

Should I just book direct with the resort or cruise line?
You can but why would you? We can provide you with a wide variety of travel options from a number of different travel suppliers to countless popular destinations. We-re able to present to you special promotions and exclusive incentive offers so you can get the most value out of your vacation. If something goes wrong, do you want to wait on hold for hours on end for a call center employee to come on the line to try and assist you or would you rather the personal attention of a travel professional
