PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
The initial deposit is $250 per person. After deposit is received you will be emailed the remaining invoice with payment installments. Choose from Monthly or Bi-Weekly Payment Plan.

This package is for Single Occupancy with nlimited availability for double occupancy. You MUST have a roommate ready to book the same day to purchase the double occupancy rate.

Periodic payments are accepted; however, monthly payments are recommended to keep your reservation current. Ninety (90) consecutive days without any payment whatsoever or a request for a one-time payment arrangement, your reservation(s) may automatically cancel without notice. A reinstatement fee will apply to reinstate the reservation.​

Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.

Name changes are allowed on your reservations until August 31, 2024. After 8/31/2024, a name change fee of $150 will apply.

​As this is a land only package, you are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in José Martí International Airport on November 7, 2024. This means you must fly out of your departure city to arrive no later than 3pm (local standard time) on November 7, 2024. You should also schedule your return flight home for November 12, 2024, no later than 3pm.
