  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your State Identification or Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  

  • Please Note - Passports are not mandatory but are highly recommended. A valid State ID with your Original Birth Certificate is mandatory if you're sailing without a valid Passport.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All adult travelers are required to complete our online Trip Registration Form.

  • ​All travelers who are rooming together are required to make their initial deposit together.  A double, triple or quad occupancy will have up until 3 days from the date of the lead passenger deposit to make his/her deposit.

  • Name changes or additions are allowed at the discretion of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.  Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases.  There is a service fee for any correction involving names.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.  Payments must be made on time. Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines does not grant extensions for the final payment due date.

  • ​All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  

  • Late payments after the due date will be assessed a $30.00 per person late fee.

  • Please contact Peace of Mind Travel Services of missed payment or cancellation in writing.  If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment, Peace of Mind Travel Services will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.

  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date and will be charged the Revision Fee of $25.00 per change.

  • Cancelled reservations will incur a per person cancellation fee per the Terms and Conditions of Peace of Mind Travel Services plus any cancellation fees per the Cancellation Guidelines of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

  • Please note you should begin looking for flights 6-9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping. You should purchase your flight no later than 30 days before the trip.

  • We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into Miami or Ft. Lauderdale no later than 12PM. You should arrive to the cruise port and ship no later than 2PM. No exceptions!

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Peace of Mind Travel Services of all email address changes.

  • Men and children are welcome to attend this event.

  • Only Ocean View & Balcony Cabins are available for group booking. If you would like an Interior Cabin or Suite, please send an email to and be prepared to make the same per person deposit mentioned above (based on occupancy).
