Once it's decided that Peace of Mind Travel Services is the perfect fit for you and your travel needs, we’ll send your planning service agreement and retainer invoice for you to review, sign and submit.

Now for the fun part! We’ll start researching and planning the perfect getaway! We’ll embrace your ideas and provide you with a custom proposal based on our conversation and your completed Group Travel  or Destination Wedding Questionnaire. We’ll be there every step of the way to address any questions you may have.

Our Trip Design Fee

At Peace of Mind Travel Services, we take pleasure in offering you exceptional support. Our goal is to create a stress-free and seamless experience so you don't have anything to worry about except what to pack. No trip is designed the same!

 

Yes, we receive commission by the travel vendor but that is only paid after the trip is completed. To maintain our high level of service, we require a  Trip Design Fee* for our custom-designed trips.  This fee is a one time, non-refundable retainer to be paid before any research commences.

 

*Final Trip Design Fee is subject to change based on the complexity of  the itinerary.
