What is Peace of Mind Travel Services?
Peace of Mind Travel Services is a full service luxury travel agency, located in Colorado Springs, CO; owned and operated by Iesha Brewton. We specialize in romance, group and family travel; focusing on all-inclusive resorts, destination weddings, cruises, tours & M.I.C.E (meetings, incentives, conferences & events). We offer customized vacation planning to lavish destinations around the world according to your travel needs, wants and budget. Peace of Mind Travel Services also hosts several group trips each year. Men & children are welcomed unless the trip is specified as a women's only trip. All group trips organized by Peace of Mind Travel Services will be hosted by Peace of Mind Travel C.A.F.E.
Where is your office located?
I have clients throughout the United States. Most of our communication can be done via email and over the phone. Local clients are welcomed to meet at the local coffee shop...coffee & pastry on me!
Do you charge a fee for research and travel planning?
Yes. We have a nominal non-refundable Concierge Fee. This fee is a separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to a Travel Concierge beginning any research, booking or additional consulting services. The Concierge Fee includes the following services: custom itinerary, flights, hotels, excursions, and support before and during travel. With each Concierge Fee, the client will receive three (3) proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates. Please review our nominal Concierge Fee Schedule for full details.
Why do you require a Concierge Fee?
We require a Concierge Fee because we are a professional service provider and like most professional service providers, we must charge a fee to remain in business. The planning process is the most important step. It takes time to create a memorable, peace of mind experience. Our minimal fees are intended to ensure that our clients receive the quality of service expected and deserved. Most of my clients will agree that a concierge fee is a small price to pay to ensure that their travel is personalized and booked by an experienced & knowledgeable travel consultant.
I’ve never worked with a travel agent before. What do I need to know?
It’s understandable that you may feel limited by your vacation budget. That’s why Peace of Mind Travel Services is dedicated to helping you receive the best possible value. As your personal Travel Concierge, I’ll devote time and effort to making sure you’re happy with your travel options. If you need any assistance, I’m just a phone call or e-mail away, so you’ll receive the immediate attention you not only need, but also deserve.
In the rare case that something on your trip doesn’t go as planned, I’ll be here to resolve the problem, so you can relax and enjoy.

Is there anything you don’t book?
I can technically book anything. I book flight &/or car rental only, but for corporate/incentive travel clients only. All other travel types will be subject to the following administrative fee, payable to Peace of Mind Travel Services:
Domestic Flight Only: $25
International Flight Only: $50
Domestic/International Group Flight Only - $150 per group*
*Minimum number of travelers departing from the same city/airport - 10
This feature should be packaged with a hotel or all-inclusive resort. I do not work with companies or hotels that do not work with travel agents. (ie. small bed & breakfast properties, or websites like AirBnB, VRBO, Homeaway etc.).
How do we know you’re a real business?
Peace of Mind Travel Services is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and is fully insured. I am also affiliated with a national award-winning host agency; which allows me to offer exemplary service for my clients and work with reputable tour and package companies that support the travel agent community. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! When you book 6 or more months in advance you will be able to confirm your trip with a deposit and make payments up to the final payment due date. All funds are typically due 45-90 days prior to arrival (up to 120 days for some cruise lines). Full details are provided at the time of presenting your proposed travel itinerary.
Do I need a passport?
For all international destinations a US passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates is required. Non US citizens need to contact the consulate for the country they are visiting to determine entry requirements. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify and obtain all necessary documentation needed for your trip. Further, any minors traveling without both legal parents or guardians need to travel with a notarized letter of consent.

Should I just book direct with the resort or cruise line?
You can but why would you? I can provide you with a wide variety of travel options from a number of different travel suppliers to countless popular destinations. I’m able to inform you of special promotions, incentives and huge deals, so you can get the most out of your vacation dollars. If something goes wrong, do you want to wait on hold for a call center employee to come on the line to try and assist you or would you rather the personal attention of a travel agent; who is trained to quickly and efficiently solve problems?
